Kahoot
Hello guys! Today we are talking about kahoot. It is a learning platform based on tests that anyone can create.
Some of my lecturers were using it in our classes for review, quiz, or just fun. It has like 4 modes that are teacher, student, personal and professional. If you are gonna test your students' knowledge about the topic, you should log in as teacher and then you will get a code that can be used to invite your students. When you share it with them, they are going to join and wait in queue till the start of the game.
It can be basically like typical test, but it also can be used with screen sharing feature to make it more challenging. What I mean is, your teacher shows you the question and the answers, then you need to choose the correct symbol on your screen since you cant see the question.
At the end of the game, the top 3 players will be in podium animation that gives them bronze, silver and gold medals.
I really like kahoot since its so simple and effective to use especially if you are benefiting from a behaviourist approach.
